“Living Life Anxiety FREE” Workshop

Please join us on September 25, 2015 at the Miller Professional Development Center on the Salt Lake Community Campus for a casual workshop designed for adults and mature teens who are ready to learn the skills and strategies needed to easily “Live Life Anxiety FREE.”
~ 3 hours of specialized training by Rachael West, Certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach
~ Tools and strategies you can take home and use TODAY to help you reduce, or in some cases, even eliminate your anxiety.
~ And a journaling workbook.
